HOW DO I SECURE MY WEDDING DATE AND RESERVE YOUR TEAM?
The first step is to check our availability. Next, we require a contract to be signed along with a 50% retainer before the reservation will be reserved exclusively to you and your bridal party.
WILL YOUR TEAM TRAVEL TO MY LOCATION?
Yes!!! To ensure a restful morning, allow our team to come to you and leave the travel to us!
DO WE REQUIRE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF SERVICES?
Yes. We have a minimum booking commitment Friday - Sunday of 8 total services. All of our services are offered a la carte, giving you the flexibility to choose what service each bridesmaid/ VIP may or may not want. Hair is considered one service and makeup is considered one service, together hair & makeup would then equal two services.
HOW LONG DOES EACH SERVICE TAKE & HOW MANY ARTISTS WILL BE PROVIDED?
We allow 45 minutes per service for the bridal party members/VIP’s and 60 minutes per service for the bride. Once we have determined the total number of services contracted and the completion time, we will compose a bridal beauty timeline with the number of stylists that will be secured for your wedding. With enough notice, we can assemble as many beauty professionals as needed for your wedding day. Additional artists will be added for every 5 services booked at no additional fee after 10 service.
8-9 services = 2 artists (additional artist fee)
10-14 services = 2 artists (NO additional artist fee)
15-19 services = 3 artists (NO additional artist fee)
20-24 services = 4 artists (NO additional artist fee)
DO YOU OFFER A PREVIEW APPOINTMENT?
YES!!! Your bridal preview is so much more than a trial, it’s the exciting first step in bringing your bridal beauty vision to life. Your lead artist for the preview will also be your lead artist on your wedding day. This allows you to build a relationship and ensures complete continuity throughout the experience. The appointment lasts approximately 2½–3 hours and includes both bridal hair and makeup. Before your appointment, we recommend creating a Pinterest board with hairstyles and makeup looks you love. We’ll review your inspiration together, discuss your vision, and create a customized look that complements your dress, personal style, and wedding aesthetic. We typically have time to create one complete hair and makeup look while making thoughtful refinements and minor adjustments during the appointment. Rather than completely starting over with multiple styles, we’ll strategically customize your look until it feels exactly right. This allows us to perfect every detail while ensuring your hairstyle and makeup are designed for all-day wear. For your convenience, preview appointments are offered on location throughout Truckee and the Lake Tahoe basin, allowing you to enjoy your appointment from your hotel, vacation rental, or local residence while you’re in town planning your wedding. We do not offer preview appointments outside of the Lake Tahoe basin/Truckee area. Please note: Booking a preview appointment does not secure your wedding date. A signed contract is the only official way to secure a date with our team.
DO YOU NEGOTIATE THE TERMS OF THE CONTRACT OR PRICING?
Due to the volume of weddings we contract, we do not negotiate. We have chosen to share our pricing online and believe in equal pricing in order to provide a uniform and consistent experience. By creating consistency in our pricing and terms, we can focus less on administrative paperwork and more on what we do best, making each bride look and feel amazing on their wedding day.
